All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart on our secure server so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our secure certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once a purchase has been consummated an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased, all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address.

Return Policy:
No returns with/out prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by the purchaser.

Shipping charges will not be included at the time an order is placed. Shipping charges are calculated based on what method of shipping is chosen, what furniture is ordered, quantity ordered and customer location. Shortly after your order has been placed, you will be contacted with the applicable shipping charge. J&J Woodcraft offers the following methods for a customer to take possession of ordered furniture once it arrives at one of our store locations.
Customer Pick-up: All furniture arrives at our stores unpackaged. The customer is responsible for supplying materials needed to protect and secure furniture (blankets, tie-downs and rope etc.) during transport. Note: Non-Ohio residents that choose this option will be charged a 6.50% Ohio Sales Tax.
Flat Rate Delivery: This delivery option is offered through a local service at the cost of $1.50 per loaded mile and includes in-home-setup. This option is available to the first 48 Continental United States only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

- JJWoodcraft.com accepts Visa and Master Card. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment. JJWoodcraft.com also accepts money orders, but no personal checks.
- Sales Tax:
- There is a 6.50% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Ohio.
